Ongoing visits for starting, adjusting or reviewing psychiatric medication.
May help if: you already take medication and want follow-up, or you're considering medication for the first time.
What happens: Short follow-up visits to check how you're doing, review side effects and adjust doses. You can always ask questions or say no.
Care for ongoing worry, panic, or tension that affects daily life.
May help if: anxiety makes it hard to sleep, work, or enjoy time with people.
What happens: An evaluation, then a plan that may include medication and practical coping strategies.
Care for low mood, loss of interest, or feeling empty or stuck.
May help if: you've felt down for two weeks or longer, or you don't feel like yourself.
What happens: An evaluation, a shared plan, and regular follow-up to see what's helping.
Assessment of attention, focus and follow-through, and treatment options if ADHD fits.
May help if: you've long struggled with focus, organization or restlessness at school, work or home.
What happens: A careful evaluation, then a conversation about options, which may include medication when appropriate. Some ADHD medications have extra rules, and Beatrice will explain them.
